Lisa Berge is a REALTOR®  as well as a recognized local merchant in the Forest Hills Area. As Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, she and her husband Billy, owned and operated a successful and favorite Chinese Restaurant and Take Out for more than 14 years. Being a small business owner afforded Lisa the opportunity to develop a strong customer base and loyal business relationships based on Honesty, Integrity, and Old Fashioned Hard Work. Lisa takes pride in providing Excellence in Customer Service throughout all of her Professional endeavors.

A Third-Generation resident of Rego Park/Forest Hills, Lisa has an extensive knowledge of the area and all that it offers, from Residential and Commercial Properties, Neighborhoods, Transportation, & Schools, to Restaurants and Entertainment. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from New York Institute of Technology with a Minor Concentration in Architecture & Design. This combination of hands-on education progressed into Property Ownership and Management of her own. Graduating from New York Real Estate Institute was the next natural transition in her career.
